I chose Crye-Leike based on family recommendation. Then chose D. F. Person by her picture. I reached out by email to total stranger, told her right up front I am ‘introvert’ and she never blink from that moment on. The money she set up to sell my house for was more than I had ever imagined. It technically sold in 4 hours! after we had met. I was shocked! So All February I packed. New roof and new appliances. Within a little more than 4 weeks we were done! An Introvert’s dream!

Diane was excellent. My son sold his house through her and got a higher asking price. She the worked with us buying a house with our son. She was ready at every turn with what we needed in all the paperwork. Got documents that needed signatures to u and executed documents back to us. We had items to work on and she had contacts for services. Afterwards she sold our home also.

Dianne did such a wonderful job selling my house. She is patient and kind and was able to keep me on track when we were getting the house ready for viewing. She sold my house in less than a week at an accelerated price. I highly recommend Diane!

Dianne is a wonderful, patient, persistent to do what it takes type realtor. We moved to the area from Texas. I knew no one in the area. I selected Dianne based on her credentials I read on line. She seemed to know the area well and have lots of experience. That proved very true! We had a longer than expected experience based on multiple seller issues. Dianne was a champ working hard to get us into a home! Her work went beyond My expectations!!!

Our agent knew that we wanted a larger house but wanted to stay in the same neighborhood. She got a listing and knew it was the house for us and she was right. We instantly got our house ready to put on the market and she helped us get it ready and in no time it sold. Now we have the home we plan to live in forever!
